Ordering

Images can be ordered in several ways

• by using the paypal buy now buttons below the images and paying with paypal
• over the phone with a payment card – call me on 01604 516762 or 07904030000 (evenings prefered!!)
• by downloading and filling in an order form and returning it to me by post, fax or email (if you are able to scan the completed form). Payment methods accepted along with a completed order form are cheque, payment card or you can request a secure online payment link to be sent to you. please click here to down load an order form in PDF format

if you order jpeg images i will email these to you, and refund your postage Postage, unless you request to have the images send to you on CD

Orders are hand finished and I will if necessary crop them slightly to center the action to give your photo more impact. Please let me know if you would rather not have the image cropped at the time of ordering.

All prints will have a gloss finish unless lustre is requested

I do not print my photos at home on a home printer. I use a high quality professional services. If you are unhappy with the prints you receive please let me know as soon as possible and if possible return the print so I can inspect it, and arrange for your photos to be re-ordered

All orders are sent out directly from the printers. this gets the photos to your letter box quicker!!

Refunds are not possible on orders for reasons other than quality. Please ensure you have ordered the correct prints
